Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time
After processing, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the United States.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States. We hope to expand to more countries in the future—stay tuned!

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are $6.99 for orders under $250 and FREE for over $250.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow  Kung Acupuncture & Wellness Center package every step of the way.
